Adi Shankar And Ubisoft Creating ASSASSIN’S CREED Anime TV Series

Netflix’s “Castlevania” showrunner Adi Shankar is turning Assassin’s Creed into an anime series. After getting tons of recognition for his R-rated short film take on the Power Rangers, the talented filmmaker is working with Ubisoft to bring Assassin’s Creed to the small screen in anime format, but no premiere date or network has been revealed yet. Netflix, however, is a prime candidate. Mahershala Ali In Talks For HBO’s TRUE DETECTIVE Season 3

Moonlight star Mahershala Ali is reportedly in early talks to star in True Detective season 3. The 43-year-old won Best Supporting Actor at this year’s Oscars for Moonlight, but now he’s reportedly in negotiations to front the third season of HBO’s True Detective. A third season of True Detective hasn’t been officially commissioned, with the second season starring Colin Farrell and Vince Vaughn not being quite as beloved as the first.
