Early Reactions To WAR OF THE PLANET OF THE APES Are Amazing!

Splashimians (get it, we’re talking about apes), I could not be more excited for War for the Planet of the Apes. For a moment, I forgot that Spider-Man: Homecoming is due to hit theaters before War’s July 14th debut. Do you know how much I love Marvel movies? Having said that, I really enjoyed Rise of the Planet of the Apes. It caught some flack, but it set a solid foundation for Dawn of the Planet of Apes. Dawn ruled, in almost every way.

The only way it could’ve been better is if they’d taken out that weird sex scene with monkeys. Wait, I’m confusing it for something else… it was pretty flawless. Now, the internet is buzzing from those who have seen the promised land. Go on, get you some!

I love the use of emojis in this one.

And, don’t forget Matt Reeves will be directing The Batman

I just think this one is hilarious

That poor, poor horse. Are you ready for July 14th to get here?! I can’t wait, I’m building a time machine.

Caesar (Andy Serkis) and his apes are forced into a deadly conflict with an army of humans led by a ruthless colonel (Woody Harrelson). After the apes suffer unimaginable losses, Caesar wrestles with his darker instincts and begins his own mythic quest to avenge his kind. As the journey finally brings them face to face, Caesar and the colonel are pitted against each other in an epic battle that will determine the fate of both of their species and the future of the planet.
