Etta Candy Goes On Secret Mission In Wonder Woman’s Epilogue Scene

In anticipation for the upcoming Blu-ray/DVD release of Wonder Woman, Warner Bros. Pictures has revealed a deleted epilogue scene titled “Etta’s Mission,” which has Etta Candy recruit Steve Trevor’s team from the movie.

The scene features Steve Trevor’s assistant Etta Candy, played by Lucy Davis, meeting Trevor’s team about a top-secret mission after the war. Their mission is to deliver a “very old, very powerful” ancient artifact to the Americans, which was recovered on the Western front. This ancient artifact is said to be unnamed, but Etta is most certainly referring to the mother boxes, which is what the villain Steppenwolf is searching for Justice League.

Their are three Mother Boxes on earth which is speculated that one is in Atlantis where Aquaman (Jason Momoa) resides while the second is located on the Amazon island of Themyscira. The third mother box was merged with Victor Stone (Ray Fisher) in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which transformed him into Cyborg. We won’t find out why Steppenwolf needs all three mother boxes until Justice League opens in November.

Wonder Woman is directed by Patty Jenkins and stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Danny Huston, David Thewlis, Connie Nielsen, and Elena Anaya.
