Randall Park Jumps Fresh Off the Boat And Onto ANT-MAN AND THE WASP
The second Ant-Man movie continues to add to their great cast of characters as it was recently reported by The Tracking Board that actor Randall Park, currently best known for his star role on Fresh Off the Boat, is now checked off to play agent Jimmy Woo, a S.H.I.E.L.D operative.
Stars Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly are now flanked by two solid supporting casts members in Randall Park and Black Mirror’s Hannah John- Kamen, whose role is still unknown in the Ant-Man And The Wasp movie. Though Randall’s face is most recognized from ABC’s Fresh Off the Boat series he has played on the big screen before with some great names, one being Paul Rudd from a previous film and James Franco in a soon to be released film called The Disaster Artist.
To add to the intrigue, Paul Rudd is a co-writer for this next mini hero installment and Kevin Feige, the now MCU knock it out the park producer who was behind the recent movies Spider-Man: Homecoming, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2, Doctor Strange, and the first Ant-Man, is returning to produce this one as well. Needless to say expectations are high, and with good reason, as the first Ant-Man generated $500 million world wide, not bad for a character that is often overlooked.
With this second film not slated to be released until 2018 we can surely expect more members added to the cast and more characters to be revealed.
